This is a unique monthly event where movement and nature come together to restore your body and mind.
Set in the peaceful woodlands of Belfairs Woods, this 75 minute class blends a gentle yet invigorating Pilates Flow with deep relaxation and mindfulness, helping you feel grounded, strong and refreshed.

Exercising outdoors in a natural environment enhances mental clarity, reduces stress , and boosts mood, while fresh air and natural surroundings deepen the connection between breath, movement, and relaxation.

This class is perfect for those looking to recharge and embrace the healing power of nature.
